Veteran M&A Partner Michael Diz Joins Davis Polk’s Northern California Practice

Michael Diz, once the co-chair of Debevoise & Plimpton’s mergers and acquisitions group, has transitioned to Davis Polk & Wardwell, assuming a partner role within its M&A practice in Northern California. Diz played a pivotal role at Debevoise by assisting the firm in expanding its Northern California operations over recent years. In 2021, he moved to San Francisco to help establish Debevoise’s office, where he served as co-managing partner.
