Kirkland & Ellis has achieved a significant milestone, bolstering its gross revenue by 22% to $8.8 billion, as the firm’s profitability continues to soar. According to the company’s statistics,
Kirkland’s average profits per equity partner (PEP) surged by 16%, reaching over $9.25 million. The firm also experienced a 6.3% increase in its total equity partner count, now at 573 members.

Jon Ballis, Kirkland’s chair, emphasized the firm’s dual focus on expanding market share while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
and growth in strategic sectors. This latest performance consolidates Kirkland & Ellis’s standing as a leader among Am Law 100 firms with a profit margin now hovering around 60%.
