CLIENTSFirst, specializing in client relationship management, data quality, and e-marketing, will integrate into Harbor’s existing suite of services.
Chris Fritsch, the founder and president of CLIENTSFirst Consulting, will assume the role of vice president of marketing technologies within Harbor. This transition highlights the strategic alignment between the two companies, particularly in leveraging marketing technology for law firms. Harbor’s current service portfolio already includes assessment, implementation, and management of various marketing technology products, covering CRM, experience management, and proposal generation, as well as AI tools.
Matt Sunderman, CEO of Harbor, commented on the industry shift driven by AI and digital transformation.
