Delaware House Committee Advances Corporate Law Revisions in Senate Bill 21

The Delaware House Judiciary Committee has advanced a bill proposing updates to the state’s corporate code after a lengthy three-hour hearing. Nine committee members supported releasing Senate Bill 21 based on its merits, paving the way for it to progress to the full House.
