Holland & Knight Strengthens Environmental Practice with Former EPA Regional Counsel James McGuire

James McGuire has transitioned from his esteemed role at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to join Holland & Knight as a partner in their Dallas office. During his tenure at the EPA, McGuire held the senior role of regional counsel and concurrently served as the acting deputy general counsel for environmental media and regional law offices. His leadership oversaw a team of 80 attorneys.
