The AI will be specifically designed to handle inquiries regarding employment terms and maternity leave policies among others. Utilising Microsoft’s Azure AI Foundry, this “chat with HR” feature aims to process and autonomously respond to employee questions by accessing the firm’s internal HR policy documents.
