Delaware Chancery Court Faces Appraisal Wave Over $1.1 Billion Endeavor Share Deal

The Delaware Court of Chancery has received twelve petitions requesting an appraisal of the shares of Endeavor, the parent company of UFC and WWE. The first two petitions were filed by the law firm Abrams & Bayliss, while the remaining ten were submitted by a team from Heyman Enerio Gattuso & Hirzel and Rolnick Kramer Sadighi. The petitioners collectively own over 39.5 million Endeavor shares. These shares, valued at approximately $1.1 billion, are being appraised following Silver Lake’s acquisition of all outstanding shares for $27.50 each, as agreed upon in a deal signed a year ago.
