Harbor, a consulting enterprise specializing in providing strategic, technological, operational, and intelligence services to the legal sector, has announced the appointment of Michael Stahl as its new Chief Integration Officer and General Counsel. This move comes amid a period of expansion for Harbor, which acquired CLIENTSFirst Consulting, a firm that focuses on marketing and client relationship management, just last month. For more details about the acquisition, refer to the announcement.
Stahl is tasked with spearheading the integration of Harbor’s newly acquired businesses, alongside his responsibilities of overseeing the company’s legal and compliance divisions. His professional background includes a tenure as Chief Commercial Officer at Barge Design Solutions, a firm that specializes in architecture and engineering. There, he managed the innovation and scaling of tech-enabled service offerings.
Before his time at Barge Design Solutions, Stahl co-founded Integrative Health Centers, a tech-enhanced healthcare service provider, where he held the position of CEO and served on its board. His career also includes roles such as Director of Legal Affairs at Intapp, a provider of software solutions for professional and financial services firms. Furthermore, he has served as General Counsel and VP of Operations at NuSirt Sciences and as an Associate at Gunderson Dettmer, representing venture capital and private equity funds.
According to Matthew Sunderman, CEO of Harbor, the company’s increasing growth and the intricate challenges faced by its clients necessitated the appointment of a general counsel with Stahl’s expertise. He commented, “Michael brings a unique combination of experience in operational, legal, and compliance roles in tech-enabled services organizations, as well as experience as a company founder building critical infrastructure for growth.” For more in-depth coverage, visit the original article here.
