Kaiser transitions to the firm from his previous role at Moss & Barnett. His experience encompasses advising on mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and investments, notably within emerging growth companies.
Kaiser’s expertise extends to providing counsel for both traditional and alternative funds, as well as guiding companies in the sale of securities and capital raising endeavors. His advisory role also covers the exploration of complex investment strategies and joint venture opportunities.
