Ballard Spahr has announced the addition of Jill Parks as a partner within its real estate division in Washington, D.C. Parks will be an integral part of the real estate development and transactions, as well as zoning and land use teams. Her extensive experience includes representing developers, investors, and companies in diverse areas such as land planning, zoning, and development. According to Ballard Spahr, her expertise spans site selection, diligence, contract negotiation, entitlements, site plan review, easements, zoning amendments, and dispositions.
Alongside Parks, Samantha Steketee joins Ballard Spahr as a senior land use planner, strengthening the firm’s capacity in these critical areas. Both professionals transition to Ballard Spahr from their previous tenure at Hunton Andrews Kurth.
