Taylor Wessing has strategically enhanced its patent litigation capabilities by acquiring a team from Pinsent Masons, establishing a new patent practice in Paris. This new team is composed of a partner-led group, including a counsel and an associate, and is led by Jules Fabre. Fabre joins after nearly six years at Pinsent Masons, where he led the intellectual property practice in Paris. To further strengthen the newly formed team, another associate from A&O Shearman is expected to join in June.
