Her client roster spans private companies, private equity funds, and family-backed offices, reflecting her diverse industry expertise.
Beyond her transactional work, Norris takes on the role of outside general counsel, advising clients on post-closing integration, portfolio company management, and daily legal matters. This blend of strategic counseling and hands-on legal support positions her well to contribute to Fox Rothschild’s corporate practice. Previously, Norris was with Polsinelli, bringing with her a wealth of experience in corporate legal matters.
