A lawsuit seeking $5 million has been filed against LA Fitness, alleging the gym chain’s negligence in allowing a known sexual predator to assault a teenage girl on-site. The assault occurred two years ago at one of LA Fitness’s Miami locations, and the perpetrator has since been convicted.
