Jessica Mitchell brings extensive experience in acquisitions and dispositions, complex developments, as well as industrial, retail, and office leasing. Her diverse clientele includes major players in banking, retail, technology, and professional services sectors.
Prior to this role, she was with Summit Law Group where she made significant contributions to the real estate sector.

Landon Sullivan is recognized for his expertise in real estate transactions, including build-to-suit projects, economic development incentives, and diverse property leasing and financing.
His background includes legal counsel for projects involving industrial spaces, data centers, and mixed-use developments. Sullivan joins BakerHostetler from K&L Gates where he played a key role in major real estate deals.
