Gomez, who previously held a significant position at Gap, brings extensive experience in national and international employment law, with specialization in compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution, as well as co-managing Florida-based employment law teams.
The firm explained that Gomez will be providing legal services from the inception to the resolution of litigation. Her practice areas encompass a broad array of employment issues, including Title VII, the Equal Pay Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act, among others.
