Rolle transitions from his previous role at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York, where he held the position of deputy chief of the business and securities fraud section. During his tenure, Rolle distinguished himself by spearheading efforts to address fraud within the digital asset markets. His leadership resulted in numerous pioneering prosecutions, notably involving Decentralized Finance (DeFi) protocols, cryptocurrency staking and lending platforms, non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and cryptocurrency investment funds.
