Daniel Doron has joined Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP) as a partner in the firm’s employment and labor practice based in New York. The announcement was made by the firm on Tuesday.
Doron’s experience primarily lies in handling labor and employment matters related to mergers and acquisitions. He provides advice to both buyers and sellers regarding workforce integration, representing clients from private equity sectors and strategic acquirers across a diverse range of industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, technology, professional services, biotech, life sciences, and real estate.
In addition to his work on mergers and acquisitions, Doron also offers guidance on employment and separation agreements, frequently dealing with senior executives, and counsels clients on federal, state, and local employment regulations.
Prior to joining BCLP, Doron was with Jackson Lewis.
