Kelley’s extensive experience as a former general counsel, corporate executive, and Big Law attorney positions her well to lead the legal talent advisory into its next chapter. She will focus on rolling out data-driven strategies aimed at enhancing talent acquisition, development, and advancement. Meanwhile, founder Caren Ulrich Stacy will continue her involvement as executive chair.
