Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini, Schilling was a partner at Cooley, where she contributed to the compensation and benefits practice, as well as the corporate governance, shareholder engagement, and sustainability advisory practices. She has structured various compensation programs, including employment agreements, bonus and equity incentive plans, severance packages, and change-in-control arrangements. Additionally, Schilling has advised on more than 70 initial public offerings, assisting companies in transitioning their compensation programs for public markets.
