The forum will feature a series of discussions and panels, including:

  • Panel III: Lessons from the International and Regional Experience
  • Panel IV: Reinforcing Frameworks and Cooperation
  • Panel V: Legitimacy, Prevention and Universality
  • Closing Discussion: Confronting Totalitarian Pasts: 80 Years since Nuremberg

These sessions will explore the evolution of international criminal law, the impact of individual criminal responsibility, and the role of various stakeholders in addressing current challenges. The conference will also examine the preventive capabilities of international criminal law and address critiques concerning its legitimacy and selectivity.
