The drawn-out process concerning a past partner at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP has recently concluded. The unnamed attorney claimed he was unjustly alleged to have exposed himself in the steam room at an Equinox gym. The lawyer pursued a defamation lawsuit, claiming damages to the tune of $10 million.
