In a surprising move for the legal world, less than half a year after its establishment, the labor and employment boutique that splintered from Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith has decided to put a stop to its operations. The announcement closely follows a sizeable team exit from the firm to O’Hagan Meyer earlier this week.
The boutique, known as Daugherty Lordan, experienced a wave of departures that saw nearly three dozen attorneys joining forces with O’Hagan Meyer, based in Southern California.
