Two students from Yale Law School have made the decision to drop the final claim in their lawsuit against the university. The claim detailed allegations that the university had purposely blocked them from potential professional opportunities as a form of retaliation. The students refused to assist the school’s investigation into Amy Chua, a former professor.
This action follows an ongoing legal dispute between the students and Yale University. The students insisted that the university’s actions were designed to penalize them for their non-participation in the investigation into Chua.
