Once the FLP application gets approved, Duncan Watson, its Hong Kong international arbitration partner, is slated for relocation to Singapore to take the lead in its new office. John Rhie, the long-serving managing partner of its Hong Kong office and head of its Asia international arbitration practice, is expected to lend his support to this new venture on a fly-in-fly-out basis.
