Airfare search engine Skiplagged Inc. has recently made a statement that American Airlines cannot proceed with its “incendiary” allegations against it into Texas federal court. The airline company has brought forth these serious accusations stating that Skiplagged has been taking undue advantage of existing system loopholes to book connecting flights so as to sell unauthorized tickets.
Skiplagged, on its part, has maintained that it does not fall under the jurisdiction of the Texan court of law, thereby making any such legal allegations from the Lone Star state invalid and non-procedural. The contentious dispute between the two prominent entities in the air travel industry hence continues with no clear resolution in sight.
