King & Spalding has further broadened its Middle East corporate, finance and investments (CFI) practice with the hiring of two Ashurst partners in Abu Dhabi. The new additions, Simon Fraser and Matt Hartsuyker, are M&A attorneys having expertise in managing regional and international transactions. Their skills span across a variety of transactions types including acquisitions, divestitures, strategic investments, joint ventures and corporate restructuring activities. Eversheds Sutherland and HFW have reportedly made similar hires in the region recently.
