Technology company Micron has reportedly called on the Federal Circuit to intervene in a legal issue that has emerged due to a ruling by an Eastern District of Texas magistrate judge. For those unaware, the respective judge had rejected Micron’s request to delay a trial slated for January 19. This suspension had been sought so as to allow for the conclusion of proceedings by the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
