White & Case has strengthened its global commercial litigation practice in Paris by hiring two lawyers from Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan. The move comes as part of a broader trend among law firms to expand their presence in areas related to cross-border litigation, commercial disputes, and criminal investigations.
The recruits from Quinn Emanuel include Kami Haeri, a partner and the head of the litigation/white collar/investigations practice in Paris, and Alexandre Kiabski, who served as a counsel at the firm. Both lawyers will join White & Case as partners.
