Expanding its geographic scope, Washington, D.C.-based law firm Steptoe LLP has opened a fresh office in the Houston area. For this new venture, the firm has integrated 24 lawyers and a further 21 staff members from the trial boutique Smyser Kaplan & Veselka LLP.
