Environmental Justice Expert Stacey Halliday Joins Arnold & Porter’s DC Practice

Stacey Sublett Halliday, a specialist in environmental justice issues, has recently commenced a new position at Arnold & Porter. Ms. Halliday has joined the law firm as a partner within the environmental department, based in Washington, D.C. as the firm announced on Monday.

As well as focusing on environmental justice, Halliday is experienced in advising clients on matters of environmental compliance, corporate social responsibility and enforcement. Her abilities extend to working closely with clients from a variety of industry sectors, notably technology and energy.

Prior to her arrival at Arnold & Porter, Halliday held the position of Special Counsel in the Office of the General Counsel at the US Environmental Protection Agency. The combination of her industry expertise and past experience at EPA provides her with a unique perspective that is expected to bring added value to Arnold & Porter’s environmental practice in Washington DC.
