In a move that sees Husch Blackwell strengthen their commercial litigation practice group, Kelley Geraghty Price has agreed to join the company as a partner. Previously, Price was a standout member of Dentons Cohen & Grigsby, bringing valuable case-winning experience to her new role at Husch Blackwell. Bloomberg Law Automation broke the news earlier this week.
Price’s broad range of expertise includes handling litigation in state and federal courts at both trial and appellate levels. Her primary areas of focus encompass commercial and business litigation, construction, and real estate litigation. Additionally, she also has involvement in employment litigation and trusts and estates litigation, as confirmed by Husch Blackwell.
The new partner will not only join the legal firm’s commercial litigation team but will also be an integral part of their financial services and capital markets business unit. An interest to note is that Price will operate from the virtual office provided by the firm and will be meeting clients in Naples, Florida, according to the firm.
As the legal landscape continues to innovate and adapt to changing demands and circumstances, the move by Husch Blackwell to bring in Price with her vast experience and robust track record represents the firm’s commitment to nurturing a strong team capable of delivering high-quality services.
More details on Price’s appointment can be found in the official release on Husch Blackwell’s website.
