Labor and Employment Attorney Kindall James Joins Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP have announced the addition of a new member to their labor and employment practice group. Kindall C. James, a seasoned lawyer specializing in labor and employment issues, has now been appointed as a partner in the firm’s Houston office according to a recent press release by the firm.

James’s main function within the firm will be to aid clients in resolving Human Resources-related issues pertaining to discrimination and retaliation, amongst other labor and employment issues. James’s previous experiences include defending employers against claims brought under several employment-related acts. These include:

  • The Fair Labor Standards Act
  • Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964
  • The Age Discrimination in Employment Act
  • The Americans with Disabilities Act
  • ERISA

Prior to joining Bradley, James held a position at Liskow & Lewis. The range of knowledge and expertise that she brings to the firm is expected to further strengthen Bradley’s Labor and Employment Practice group.
