The Supreme Court Justices held oral arguments on the morning of February 20 for the cases Corner Post v. Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and Bissonnette v. LePage Bakeries Park St., LLC. The Court completes these sessions during weekdays, during which it also reviews a selection of news articles, commentaries, and various other links with significant relevancy to the Supreme Court’s activities.
Of note, the court anticipates the release of opinions on argued cases on February 21, beginning at 9:45 a.m. EST.
