According to the civil suit filed on Monday by Morton S. Bouchard III, the former CEO of Bouchard Transportation Co. The filings were purportedly without any disclosure of the relationship between Judge David R. Jones from the bankruptcy court of Southern District of Texas and attorney Elizabeth Freeman.
