Petrasic and Bornfreund previously worked at Davis Wright Tremaine, another prestigious law firm. Petrasic also brings additional regulatory understanding from his time serving as the managing director of external affairs and the director of Congressional affairs at the Office of Thrift Supervision. Meanwhile, Bornfreund has prior experience with the Federal Reserve Board, having worked as an attorney in its legal division.
