Peter S. Burke, an esteemed professional in the legal field specializing in commercial, corporate finance, and special circumstances transactions, has recently become a partner at the Century City office of the Sidley Austin global finance practice, as the firm announced this Monday.
Renowned for his skills in working with direct lenders, private credit funds, and banks on working capital facilities, acquisition financings, structured financings, alongside restructurings and recapitalizations, Burke’s contribution to Sidley Austin is seen as a significant development for the firm.
Prior to his move, Burke held an influential position at Paul Hastings. He served as a global finance partner and occupied the vice chair of the Los Angeles office.
