Progress and Roadblocks: The Evolving Landscape for Women in Legal Leadership

Female representation in senior roles within the legal industry has made steady progress over the past decade, yet the industry still contends with enduring criticism related to concerns about work-life balance and adequate support. In recognition of International Women’s Day, interviews were conducted with four women in leadership roles across the legal industry to offer insights into their experiences climbing the ranks. With the contents of these interviews paywalled, their individual narratives remain partially disclosed.
