Launched just four months ago by engineers who previously worked for Uber, Google, and Amazon, Traact, a SaaS platform that integrates various corporate functions in one place, announced its recent strategic partnership with Klea, a Belgium-based provider of AI-enabled legal entity management.
The partnership will allow both companies to provide enhanced services to corporate legal departments and law firm customers at a global scale, encompassing North and South America, EMEA, APAC, and Africa. The integration of their platforms, they suggest, will enable automation and streamlining of legal operations through state-of-the-art technology and superior customer service.
Initially focusing on business development, Traact and Klea will work to better connect their technology platforms and service teams. Traact’s all-in-one platform offers modules for entity management, permits and licensing, board management, and other functions related to finance, contracts, and document management. Customers can choose any combination of these modules, with flat-fee pricing based on the customer’s number of entities.
Klea, an AI-driven entity management platform established six years ago by former Magic Circle lawyers and Capgemini engineers, is widely used by customers across Europe, Africa, and Asia. Companies including Epson, Levi-Strauss, Rayner, Mood:Media, Low Carbon, Saria, and Cyncly are among Klea’s clientele.
According to Robert Holdheim, COO of Traact, this partnership brings together the best technology and service capabilities for the benefit of both organizations and their clients. The immediate plan is to integrate Traact’s entity management products and service offerings, while over time enabling Klea to offer additional Traact service modules to its clients.
