Holland & Knight Sees 20% Revenue Growth Amid Merger and Leadership Shift

Holland & Knight has reported a revenue growth of over 20% in 2023, amidst key organizational changes including a major merger and leadership transition. The firm officially completed its merger with Nashville-based Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis in 2023 and later in the same year, announced the retirement of managing partner Steven Sonberg. With a plan to transition to a new leadership team of three, the firm has successfully navigated a period of change while growing its revenue, profits, and headcount.
