Legal industry professionals might be interested to learn that Barnes & Thornburg’s Atlanta branch have added to their ranks with thejoining of Frank W. DeBorde and Lisa Wolgast as partners in the finance, insolvency, and restructuring department, according to an announcement from the firm on Monday.
DeBorde, with his vast practice background, brings a wealth of knowledge in representing clients in bankruptcy proceedings, handling workouts, and contested foreclosures, as well as previously lending his expertise in advising lenders on liability cases. Wolgast, on the other hand, focuses her practice on creditors’ rights and bankruptcy issues, as disclosed by Barnes & Thornburg.
In this latest move, they are accompanied by Jason H. Watson who takes the position of counsel and Talia B. Wagner who joins as an associate.
