Delaware Judge Awards Elysium Health Fees in Milk Vitamin Patent Dispute

In a recent case, a Delaware federal judge has handed down an order that ChromaDex Inc. and Dartmouth College must compensate Elysium Health in the form of attorney fees. The two institutions were accused of making a failed, or as the judge described, a “feeble” argument in the protection of their milk vitamin patents from an eligibility challenge.
