Microsoft and OpenAI are currently navigating litigation brought on by online publication The Intercept. The complaint, lodged with a Manhattan federal judge, accuses both entities of illegally stripping author and copyright information from material, alleged to have been utilized for the purpose of training the popular AI model, ChatGPT.
