These individuals allegedly hacked into email accounts to intercept settlement funds. The lawsuit came from Sinacom North America, and it was filed last week in a Pennsylvania state court against not just the firm but also against Steven Richman, an attorney. The Green & Gillispie partner was shot during this incident by an armored truck employee in Little Rock, Arkansas. Green & Gillispie has since been renamed to Gillispie.
