Proskauer, a globally recognized law firm, has announced the recent addition of a key member to its private funds group based in New York. Jennifer Crystal, an accomplished legal professional, has joined the firm as a partner, Proskauer disclosed this past Monday.
Before her move to Proskauer, Crystal was previously associated with venture capital firm WndrCo Capital Management. She held the critical position of General Counsel at the firm, bringing her extensive legal experience to the table. Proskauer also noted that she has leveraged her expertise for global asset manager PineBridge Investments, where her duties primarily encompassed focusing on the firm’s US alternatives platform.
The acquisition of Crystal will provide a more robust platform for Proskauer’s private funds group, enabling the firm to leverage her experience and insight.
