Elaine Taussig and Tom Williams have recently become partners in the corporate group at Crowell & Moring’s Chicago office. As reported by Bloomberg Law, the pair moved from Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg to join their new firm.

Williams, too, brings notable skills to his new role at Crowell & Moring. In addition to working within the corporate group, he is joining the firm’s Intellectual Property (IP) group. Williams specializes in managing IP-related due diligence activities within corporate transactions, according to the firm.
The addition of Taussig and Williams comes at a time when Crowell & Moring continues to expand its corporate operations in Chicago. Both partners will bring their unique expertise to the firm, continuing their tradition of providing exceptional legal services in the corporate and IP sectors.
