In a recent legal battle, Spotlight Ticket Management secured a $16 million verdict against the ticket resale platform StubHub, alleging underpayment of commissions. Represented by the law firm Hunton Andrews Kurth, Spotlight Ticket Management discovered in 2016 that StubHub and its then-parent company, eBay, were not fully compensating it for commissions, according to information obtained from The Recorder.
