Huotari brings over two decades of experience to her new role. Her practice focuses on representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, financings, and loan transactions, with a particular emphasis on the agribusiness and healthcare industries.
Before returning to Lathrop GPM, Huotari served as the managing partner of the Minneapolis office at Stoel Rives, where she honed her expertise and provided strategic guidance on complex business transactions.
