The American Arbitration Association (AAA) and its international division, the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), have launched ClauseBuilder AI, a new generative AI tool designed to simplify the drafting of arbitration and mediation agreements. This tool, powered by OpenAI’s GPT-4o model, aims to provide more than 500 curated clauses, facilitating the creation of clear and effective alternative dispute resolution agreements across various industries.
