Eversheds Sutherland has hired Berend Zwart, a partner from Osborne Clarke’s Amsterdam office, to enhance its corporate real estate capabilities in the Netherlands. Zwart, who had been with Osborne Clarke since 2018, brings years of experience from his previous roles at NautaDutilh and RechtStaete Vastgoedadvocaten & Belastingadviseurs.
