Berhane’s expertise encompasses a range of debt financing activities, including acquisition and sponsored leveraged buyout financings, syndicated loan transactions, asset-based lending, and debt restructurings.
Notably, Berhane advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as a variety of private and public corporate clients. She brings with her a wealth of experience from her prior role at Kirkland & Ellis, where she honed her skills in the complex field of finance law.
